Join to apply for the Finance Oracle Product Owner role at WMJobs. The role is based in Birmingham with a focus on leading the delivery of the Finance workstream and shaping the integration of Finance and Oracle across the business. An Oracle implementation is scheduled for the next financial year, with a defined roadmap of products to follow post go-live.
Grade 7 – £64,561 – £83,183. Working 36.5 hours per week. Consultation grade subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review.
Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of the Finance workstream and own the business requirements for the Finance product roadmap.
* Advise on governance, represent Finance at Product Owner meetings, and collaborate with Finance professionals and sponsors.
* Translate business objectives into actionable plans and ensure alignment with the Oracle-Finance integration strategy.
* Collaborate with other Product Owners to ensure seamless integration and delivery across the business.
Qualifications
* Strong background in both Oracle systems and finance operations.
* Significant experience in Oracle implementation and ongoing support; an accountancy qualification is an advantage.
* Ability to manage busy workloads and lead a team (approximately 12 professionals).
What you will do
* As Product Owner, steer development and execution of the Finance workstream, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap.
* Define and verify acceptance criteria, and ensure governance and reporting meet business needs.
* Work with Finance professionals and sponsors to deliver value through Oracle-Finance integration.
