Positions Available:
* Learning Support Assistants (LSAs)
* Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs)
Location: Reigate, Surrey

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored educational programs.
* Provide one-on-one and group support to students, fostering their academic and personal growth.
* Implement individualized learning plans and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
* Participate in school activities and contribute to a positive school culture.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children with autism and complex learning needs (preferred).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s development.
* Relevant qualifications for HLTAs (e.g., HLTA status or equivalent experience).
* Commitment to ongoing professional development.
