We are currently seeking a Poultry Inspection Assistant to join our team at Pilgrim's Europe- MoyPark, Dungannon. This is an important role responsible for identifying and ensuring that any unfit meat is removed from the slaughter line. You will work under the supervision of the Official Veterinarian to carry out post mortem checks and help maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
