Location: Willenhall (with travel across the East Midlands, West Midlands & North West – Hybrid working)
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE
Hours: Full-time, Permanent
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our referrals and partnerships strategy, build strong relationships with commissioners and local authorities, and play a key role in the continued growth of our children’s residential and educational services.
What we’re looking for:

* Experience in business development, referrals, or placements within children’s social care or education
* Strong stakeholder relationship and communication skills
* Understanding of local authority commissioning processes
* Proactive, professional, and passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people
