Overview
Join our new Neurodiversity Support Team and play a key role in helping schools across BNSSG better understand and support neurodivergent children and young people. We are looking for an Admin Manager to join this developing team and help shape a new way of supporting neurodivergent children and young people. The Neurodiversity Support Team is a multidisciplinary clinical service working in partnership with education settings to deliver high-quality Neurodivergent Needs Analyses, providing expert guidance, consultation and quality assurance to ensure needs profiles are consistent, meaningful and impactful. The service is introducing Neurodivergent Needs Analysis across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) and works closely with schools across the region to provide training, consultation and practical support.
The service champions early intervention and a needs-led approach, focusing on each child or young person\'s strengths and challenges rather than diagnostic labels.

You will support the operational and clinical leads while overseeing the smooth delivery of Neurodivergent Needs Analyses, training and communication with families, education settings and partner organisations. You will play a key role in managing information, supporting service performance and ensuring administrative processes are efficient, responsive and well coordinated.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and coordinating administrative systems and processes across the service
* Supporting operational and clinical leads with service delivery and organisation
* Managing data flow, reporting and performance monitoring
* Coordinating training sessions, meetings and service activities
* Acting as a key point of contact for families, schools and partner organisations
* Maintaining accurate records and managing information in line with organisational standards
* Supporting clear communication and efficient service processes across the team
* Upholding confidentiality, safeguarding procedures and professional standards
