Business Development Manager – Tech Recruitment
📍 Ancoats, Manchester | Hybrid (1 day WFH after probation)
I’m representing a well-established tech recruitment agency that’s looking for a Business Development Manager to take ownership of their UK client relationships.
The business has a strong existing client base across the tech market — this role is about deepening those relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and building long-term partnerships, rather than chasing cold leads.
You’ll have full support from a dedicated Delivery team, giving you the time and focus to nurture clients properly and represent the brand at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
The Opportunity
* Manage and grow established client accounts within the UK tech space.
* Identify opportunities for additional services and new partnerships.
* Sell consultative recruitment solutions (retained and embedded).
* Work closely with Delivery Consultants to ensure exceptional client service.
* Represent the business at events and within the tech community.
What You’ll Bring
* 12+ months in business development or 360 recruitment (ideally tech or B2B).
* Proven experience developing and maintaining client relationships.
* Confident communicator, comfortable with outreach and networking.
* Organised, proactive, and commercially minded.
