What Youll Do
* Conducting conveyancing transactions with diligence and precision.
* Providing exceptional customer service via phone and written correspondence.
* Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
* Managing client identification verification in line with AML policies.
* Addressing client inquiries promptly, ideally within 2 hours.
* Overseeing your teams performance and fostering a supportive environment.
* Analyzing team performance and implementing strategies to meet targets.
* Facilitating monthly communication with introducers and gathering feedback.
* Addressing complaints in accordance with established procedures.

* Strong conveyancing knowledge and experience.
