Responsibilities
● Act as host to new hires for their three-week new hire onboarding and training in London.
● Coordinate and manage all pre-onboarding / onboarding communication
● Develop and deliver training on systems and internal sales concepts
● Create, manage, and distribute three-week training schedule and calendars
● Ensure pre-onboarding logistics complete (new-hire package orders, Peer Mentor assignment, training space logistics)
● Partner with and coordinate presenters from cross-functional teams (Tranzact, SE’s, Product & Legal) to train new sales employees
● Collect and report on feedback from trainees and managers about training content, engagement, instructor feedback and progress throughout the first 3 months
● Assist with training tools and content
● Provide internal training updates to the organisation through Salesforce Chatter
● Manage training website
● Develop, enhance, and deliver training quizzes
