Document Production Specialist required for a leading professional services organisation.
Hybrid working model – 2 days per week in central Bristol. Salary up to £35,000 + 10% bonus, plus an excellent benefits package including an annual salary review.
This role sits within a high-performing central support team, providing expert document production and formatting services across the business.
The successful candidate will be highly skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat, with strong experience in complex document formatting, template usage, and maintaining strict branding and house style standards.
Key responsibilities include producing and amending a wide range of professional documentation such as reports, presentations, pitches, and client-facing materials, as well as advanced PDF manipulation, bundle preparation, and supporting tender and proposal submissions.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organisation, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams and provide informal support and guidance to junior colleagues where required.
A proactive, professional approach and strong communication skills are key to success in this role.
