Responsibilities
As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll be instrumental in the overall running of the kitchen, overseeing fast‑paced services for up to 150+ covers. You’ll work with exceptional ingredients to cook quality, fresh dishes that are well thought out.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef within high‑end restaurants is needed; the environment is more relaxed than many fine‑dining establishments.
* Foodie passion and a dedication to using the best produce.
* An inspiring leader who mentors, develops, and retains a close‑knit team of chefs.
* Organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential for maintaining excellence.
* Good financial awareness with experience of ordering and rota writing.
* Proficiency in Food Safety, Health & Safety, and HACCP.
