Learning Support Assistant – Stourbridge | September 2025 Start Location: Stourbridge Pay: £444–£455 per week ️ Start Date: September 2025 Full-time & part-time roles available ABC Teachers is currently recruiting enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join a well-established Special Educational Needs (SEND) school in Stourbridge. We’re working closely with this supportive setting to fill a number of roles for the new academic year – with both full-time and part-time opportunities starting September 2025. About the Role: • Provide tailored support to students in small nurture groups and 1:1 sessions • Assist class teachers in delivering a personalised curriculum based on individual needs • Work collaboratively within a supportive and experienced staff team • Flexible roles available – both short-term and long-term placements About the School: • A friendly and inclusive specialist SEND school supporting students from Primary through Post-16 • Caters for children with a range of profound, complex educational and physical needs – all with EHCPs • Offers CPD, training, and excellent career development opportunities • Welcoming team culture with strong leadership and positive working relationships ✅ About You: • Experience working with children or adults with SEND in an educational or care setting • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Able to build positive, trusting relationships with students and colleagues quickly • Passionate about supporting young people and promoting inclusive education • Must be able to provide references and complete an enhanced DBS check *All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
