Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose and resolve critical software issues
2. Take ownership of cases through to resolution
3. Assist other members of the support team
4. Ensuring KPIs are met
5. Liaise directly with customers regarding technical issues, via phone and email
6. Identify reoccurring technical faults and rmendations to the Support Manager
