We are now looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead operational performance, drive a culture of Safety First, and ensure our colleagues deliver the exceptional service our customers expect from DHL Supply Chain.
✅WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams to achieve KPIs across safety, productivity, quality, and customer service
* Foster an inclusive, positive, and engaging culture aligned with DHL's Certified Excellent Employer values
* Ensure all activity complies with H&S legislation, site procedures, and DHL's Zero Harm standards
* Plan and manage labour, resources, and workflow to deliver consistently strong operational performance
* Support customer relationships by delivering reliable service and proactive communication
* Lead continuous improvement activity using DHL tools and First Choice methodologies
* Monitor performance, produce reports, and contribute to weekly and monthly operational reviews
* Ensure compliance with audits, stock integrity processes, and internal/external standards

* Proven leadership experience in warehousing, logistics, or operations
* Strong people‑management skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and support large, diverse teams
* A proactive, hands‑on approach with strong decision‑making skills
* Good understanding of operational processes, H&S, and warehouse systems (WMS knowledge desirable)
* Experience delivering continuous improvement and change initiatives
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions
