Full time Office Administrator supporting a busy lawyer based in Tamworth. This role offers flexible hours if you wish to be part time - minimum 30 hours per week.
My client is a successful law firm looking for an Office Administrator to support the team based at the Tamworth site.
Description
* Booking meetings and arranging travel
* Coordinate and manage scheduling, appointments and meetings.
* Assist in preparation of correspondence, reports and presentations.
* Maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring information is accurate and readily available.
* Manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers as necessary.
* Junior paralegal work which will be trained
* Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls.
* Any additional adhoc support as and when required
Profile
* Experience working in the professional services or financial services industry
* Experience working as an Administrator or Legal Administrator
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
* A proactive approach and the ability to take initiative.
* Can commute to Tamworth 5 days per week
