Responsibilities
* Take ownership of the internal Natural Work Team (NWT), ensuring effective collaboration and alignment, while building confidence and strong working relationships with external NWTs.
* Manage critical paths to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
* Maintain clear and effective communication with customers.
* Lead the successful delivery of product launches and improvement initiatives.
* Analyse operational and quality data to identify trends, support root cause investigations, and drive continuous improvement actions.
* Act as the primary liaison between site teams and the customer, ensuring consistent, transparent, and solution‑focused communication.
* Develop and implement structured processes to manage challenges, ensuring internal alignment and delivering clear, timely resolutions to customers.
* Support the critical path management of product specifications and artwork, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
* Engage proactively with site teams to ensure understanding and delivery of customer requirements.
Qualifications
* Have the ability to liaise with the site management teams.
* Have experience in HACCP and quality management systems.
* Ensure effective lines of communication are in place within the Technical Department.
* Pro‑actively engage the Technical Management team with ideas for development.
* To have a food related degree or equivalent and to have experience in food processing.
