Client Consultant - Childrens Ready to Wear - 37.5 hours (Birmingham)
Job Introduction
As a Client Consultant, you are an essential part of a team that delivers the extraordinary to our customers. You will be a retail team member and an expert on all things Selfridges, fully knowledgeable of the store's latest events and services that only Selfridges can offer. Based in your department, you will create memorable experiences by understanding customers' reasons to visit, deepening relationships, and growing your client book while maintaining the highest retail standards.
As a Client Consultant, you will:
1. Create the extraordinary by identifying and connecting with potential clients shopping in your department, assessing and catering to their needs promptly.
2. Work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience, including selling, replenishing stock, cashing up, organizing rails, hosting, and ensuring accurate data capture at POS, as well as encouraging opt-in.
3. Dedicate time to building a client base within your division and nurturing long-term relationships through proactive client development, including personalized updates on new products and experiences based on preferences and interests, with a focus on driving OB brands & key products.
4. Elevate customers' experiences by providing seamless connections to the rest of the store and our Brand Partners, for whom you are a trusted team member.
5. Manage customer feedback constructively to continually improve service, sales, and retail standards.
6. Stay ahead of the latest trends by expanding your product knowledge and understanding of competitors, striving to be an expert in your division.
7. Follow health, safety, and security procedures, actively participating in preventing stock loss.
