Operations & Sales Support – Travel Industry
Remote – Homeworking - ideally Gloucestershire based
£24,000–£25,000 Mon–Fri, 9am–5:30pm

We’re looking for someone who gets satisfaction from spreadsheets, perfectly processed bookings, and inboxes at zero. If you’ve got 1–2 years’ experience in travel admin or operations in a travel company, and you’re ready to grow — this is for you.
This isn’t a “stepping stone to sales” or a job for someone dazzled by the glamour of travel. We want someone who enjoys the engine room — not just the view from the deck.
The Role:
Answering phones
Managing bookings from confirmation to post-tour
Fixing issues pre-departure or in-resort
Supporting the sales team with quote and client info
Keeping all back-office admin running smoothly
What We’re After:
1–2 years’+ travel industry admin/ops experience
Methodical, intelligent, and eager to learn, a doer
Comfortable juggling tasks and handling the unexpected
Conscientious, calm, and a great communicator
You’ll be trained & supported by the operations manager, who is basically admin royalty. If we could clone her, we would — instead, she’ll mentor you into the best version of yourself,
The Offer:
£24k–£25k salary
Fully remote (Cheltenham/Cirencester ideal as its central to all homeworkers)
20 days holiday + bank hols
1 FAM trip per year (after year one)
