Overview
A leading, established and highly successful provider of mechanical and electrical installation services to commercial and industrial buildings seeks the solid appointment of an experienced and commercially talented Mechanical Project Manager from an M&E / Building Services mechanical installation project management background to join their exciting planned growth and continued success. Candidates based or commutable to the Bristol / Avon area are preferred. You will ideally have experience on projects up to £25M+; consideration may be given to those with different levels of experience depending on their background.
We seek a true professional to mainly manage the mechanical installations into new build industrial sheds for warehousing & distribution or a variety of manufactured goods. Other work includes office blocks and data centres. What is paramount is your experience working on commercial and industrial schemes.
Candidates highly sought after are those from an M&E / Building Services background, ideally with direct working experience in project management and delivery of mechanical installations and related services you would expect to find in these environments. You will be competent with a proven track record in managing and delivering schemes of this level. Candidates applying will ideally have experience in dealing with main contractors. While they have their own teams of mechanical installation engineers on the ground, you will also organise and work with other specialist mechanical engineers to undertake elements of these installs.

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage mechanical installations on commercial and industrial schemes, including new build industrial sheds, warehousing, distribution and data centres.
* Coordinate with main contractors and other specialist mechanical engineers; liaise with site teams (Site Managers, Supervisors, mechanical installation engineers) and a Senior Project Manager.
* Conduct client-facing meetings with professionalism and integrity.
* Organise and oversee the delivery of mechanical installations, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
Qualifications
* Experience in an M&E / Building Services environment with direct project management and delivery of mechanical installations and related services.
* Experience on projects up to £25M+ is preferred.
* Based in or commutable to Bristol / Avon area.
* Proven track record of managing and delivering schemes; experience dealing with main contractors is advantageous.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and client-facing skills.
