Express Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a forward-thinking engineering firm who are recruiting an Employee Relations Advisor to join their site on the outskirts of Mansfield.
The successful candidate will hold experience working within a HR function with strong attention to detail, with experience working at Advisor level.
In return there is a competitive salary of up to c£35,000 on offer alongside a great benefits package.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance, case management, and coaching to managers on employee relations matters such as absence, discipline and grievance
* Maintain accurate HR records in line with GDPR requirements and produce regular reports on workforce trends and KPIs
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to meet organisational needs in a timely and effective manner
* Lead and support HR projects, review and update policies, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice
* Coordinate and deliver learning and development initiatives, from identifying training needs to delivering engaging HR-related training session
* Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, support annual staff surveys, and contribute to salary benchmarking activities
Skills & Experience
* Experience in a similar ER role
* Ability to build and handle relationships with stakeholders at all levels of seniority
* CIPD Level 3 qualified
* Strong, demonstratable knowledge of employment laws
* Excellent knowledge of Data Protection and GDPR regulations
