We're looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team, delivering high standards of cleanliness across designated areas on site.In this role, you'll carry out a range of cleaning tasks within specified areas, working under the guidance of the Cleaning Supervisor or Cleaning Manager to ensure every space is safe, hygienic, and welcoming. Your attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right will play an important part in creating a positive environment for everyone on site.What You'll Do:Complete all required training and carry out scheduled cleaning tasks to the highest standard across toilets, offices, and communal areas, always using correct safety signage and colour-coding proceduresFollow all company and client policies, including Health & Safety, COSHH, hygiene, security, and environmental standards, ensuring full compliance at all timesWear company uniform and appropriate PPE as required, maintaining a professional appearance and safe working practicesEngage positively with customers and colleagues, respond promptly to any issues or complaints, and report incidents, faults, or site concerns to your SupervisorWork proactively and flexibly as part of the team — maintaining cleaning equipment and cupboards, completing required paperwork, supporting team meetings, and assisting with additional duties or cover when neededWhat You Bring:Proven all-round cleaning experience with a strong understanding of maintaining high standardsConfident working independently, using your initiative to manage your time and workload effectivelyCommunicate clearly and professionally with clients, colleagues, and managementGood working knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH, with a commitment to safe practicesTake pride in your personal presentation, maintaining excellent hygiene and a professional appearanceWhatwe offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.
