We are expanding our UK and EMEA team and hiring a Salesforce and Slack Solutions Architect (or a Technical Architect) to work alongside our global sales and delivery teams. This is a hands-on architect role for someone who loves shaping solutions, building prototypes, guiding clients and ensuring clean delivery from discovery to go live.

What you will do
Pre sales and solution and Architecture and design
* Lead discovery sessions, translate business problems into clear solution designs.
* Build and deliver demos, mockups and prototypes that show the art of the possible across Salesforce and Slack.
* Scope configuration effort, identify risks and guide estimation for proposals.
* Work with the global team to shape solution strategy and win new work.
* Own the overall solution blueprint across Salesforce, Slack and supporting systems.
* Create HLDs, ERDs, process maps, integration designs and data flow diagrams.
* Define configuration and build standards that enable consistency and scale.
* Advise on best practice across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Slack workflows, Canvas, Slack AI and Agentforce.
* Understand the wider implications of Slack within a clients ecosystem and tools they use such as Notion, Google, Microsoft as well as the LLM’s such as ChatGPT and Claude.
Delivery leadership
* Act as solution owner across assigned projects.
* Guide global delivery teams, review stories and validate designs.
* Support PMs on scope control, sequencing and client alignment.
* Get hands on to configure Salesforce or Slack when required to unblock progress or accelerate delivery for key projects in EMEA and US markets as the team scales.
* Ensure the final build matches the original architecture and business intent.
Client impact
* Be a trusted advisor with technical and business stakeholders from first call to go live.
* Run workshops, clarify requirements and drive alignment with stakeholders.
* Communicate with clarity, set expectations early and keep momentum high.
* Build long term relationships with local and global senior Slack and Salesforce stakeholders and identify future opportunities for Bryd to support.
Practice development
* Help build best practices, templates and internal accelerators.
* Share knowledge across the global team and mentor consultants.
* Contribute to Bryd’s thought leadership on Slack and Salesforce architecture.
* Be the voice of Bryd across key communities like Slack, Agentblazer etc.
* Present at major Salesforce and Slack events such as World Tours and Dreamforce.
What you bringExperience
* Five to eight years of Salesforce experience, across Sales and Service Cloud or the Eco-System.
* Strong background in technical consulting with client facing delivery.
* Comfortable building demos, prototypes and quick proofs of concept.
* Experience with integrations, data modelling and cross system architecture.
* Exposure to and love of Slack - from workflows, canvas, lists you have a passion for it.
* Prior involvement in pre sales, scoping and effort estimation.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or an equivalent technical field.
* Strong real world Salesforce experience can be considered in place of a relevant degree.
Skills
* Strong architecture muscle with the ability to simplify complexity.
* Excellent communicator with the confidence to run workshops and present solutions.
* Hands on configuration capability in Salesforce, with enough technical depth to guide developers.
* Ability to work across time zones with teams in APAC, Europe and the US.
* Organised, proactive and comfortable operating in a high trust, high pace environment.
* Experience with middleware like Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier or custom integrations
* Ability to design secure integration patterns across Slack, Salesforce and third party systems
* Strong documentation skills using Lucid, Miro or similar with the ability to communicate architecture visually for exec and technical audiences.
* Experience designing permission, sharing and security models.
* Understanding of security such as strategy, SCIM, SSO and workspace governance
* Strong data modelling, mapping, cleansing and validation capability.
* Understanding of data governance, retention and compliance requirements during migrations.
Certifications
* Salesforce Admin, App Builder and Platform Developer required.
* Salesforce Architect or progress towards it preferred.
* Slack Admin or Slack Consultant and Developer certification is beneficial.
* Agentforce Certification beneficial.
* Additional Certifications across MC, Mulesoft, Tableau and Core a bonus!
