Health Care Assistant – Sponsored (UK Only)

To join our community team and provide outstanding care to patients in Hexham, Corbridge, Riding Mill, and nearby regions, we are looking for a kind and committed healthcare assistant. You will help our service users with everyday care requirements, ensuring they receive the finest care possible in their homes.
Wage: £12.60 to £13.00 per hour
Only candidates who currently reside in the UK are eligible for sponsorship.
Responsibilities
* Help clients with everyday tasks such as clothing, grooming, and bathing.
* Assist clients with transfers and mobility.
* Keep track of and report any changes in physical or mental health.
* Offer companionship and emotional support.
* Help feed and transport meals when needed.
* Keep thorough and current records of care plans and progress.
* Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure top‑quality treatment.
Requirements
* At least six months' prior experience in a comparable position.
* Availability of a vehicle.
* A kind and sympathetic disposition.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Willingness to learn new skills and receive training.
* Familiarity with medical terminology and practice.
* Ability to perform well under pressure.
* Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
