Business Analyst Contract role Based: Frimley Hourly Rate: £57.00 paye OR £76.97 Umbrella inside IR35 37 Hours per week Overview BAE Systems are looking for a forward-thinking and results-driven Business Analyst – Process Harmonisation to join the Group Supply Chain Functional Excellence team. In this critical role, you'll drive process optimisation across our end-to-end supply chain, identifying opportunities for harmonisation, compliance, and value delivery Skills Proven expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience working within complex, matrixed organisations. Green Belt (or higher) certification in Lean Six Sigma preferred. The Job Lead the methodology and execution of end-to-end supply chain process mapping using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar approaches. Collaborate with the Supply Chain Process Harmonisation Working Group to capture current processes and define improvement opportunities. Benchmark internal and external best practices to inform harmonisation and efficiency strategies. Support the publication of a strategic White Paper identifying current capabilities and future improvement opportunities.
