Ad Hoc Teaching Assistant

The Role:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN)
* Assist with classroom activities, learning interventions and behaviour support
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure inclusive learning
* Build positive, trusting relationships with students
* Be flexible to cover across various year groups as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable)
* Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic
* Able to use initiative and adapt to changing classroom needs
* Has (or willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service
* Open to ongoing training and professional development
