Main Purpose of the Job
Ensure the smooth coordination of all administrative tasks and resource scheduling for the Surveying team to carry out appropriate inspections such as but not limited to:
* Property repairs (including houses, flats & garages)
* Complaints
* Councillor enquiries
* Assets referrals
* Stock condition surveys
* Damp, Mould & Condensation (DMC)
* HHSRS and Environmental Health
Scheduling resources within the team to ensure that customers are given an excellent service and that resources are used efficiently.
To support Adra in meeting its statutory duties under the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016, including ensuring homes are kept in repair and are fit for human habitation (FFHH). This includes co-ordinating and prioritising inspections relating to potential HHSRS hazards, damp and mould, and other WHQS repair obligations, ensuring the team meets required timescales.
To develop a value for money customer focused service by doing things right first time and being true to our word and delivering Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Excellence (HSQE) in partnership with Customers, Staff and Service Providers.
Relevant Qualifications & Experience:
Essential - Good standard of education, 4 Grade A-C GCSEs (including Maths and English) or equivalent qualification or office based experience.
Desirable - NVQ3 or equivalent in a relevant business/administration discipline
Essential - Experience of maintaining systems and procedures, and an understanding of project monitoring
Essential - The ability to carry out investigations and provide written reports/letters
Desirable - Working knowledge of WHQS standards and Renting Homes Act.
Essential - Full Driving Licence with access to own vehicle.
