Shift Patterns
* 12 days on, 2 days off
* 6 days on, 1 day off
* Part‑time 4 days – Sat‑Tue or Thu‑Sun
* High‑speed operatives (night shifts) – require 12AB Lantra qualification

Role Overview
As a Traffic Management Operative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow on highways and construction sites. Your responsibilities include:
* Setting up and maintaining traffic management systems
* Safely directing traffic during roadworks, events, and emergencies
* Collaborating with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth operations
* Upholding our people‑first culture and contributing to our fresh cultural change program
Requirements
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* Flexibility to work the shift patterns above
* Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points, held for at least 10 months
* Within 40 minutes driving distance from depot
* Valid traffic management qualifications (e.g., Lantra 12AB, 12D; M1/M2; or Unit 2 – desirable but not essential)
