Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert guidance on commercial vehicle parts and components.
* Professionally and efficiently handle customer and supplier inquiries.
* Manage stock control and ensure timely parts ordering.
* Process orders and coordinate deliveries to meet customer demands.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Support occasional service desk duties, including handling service inquiries, handing over keys, and reporting vehicle defects.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a parts advisory role, preferably in the commercial vehicle sector.
* Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Knowledge of commercial vehicle parts and systems is advantageous.
