Your Mission:
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge capabilities. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
* Collaborate across diverse engineering domains, including Toolsets, Processes, Training, System Design, Requirements, Test, Qualification, and Acceptance.
* Provide hands-on support for Product and Systems Test activities, contributing to planning and execution of Factory and Site Acceptance Testing.
* Lead the generation and resolution of System Problem Reports, applying structured engineering thinking for timely solutions.
* Engage with customers and stakeholders through Test Readiness Reviews, technical briefings, and workshops.
* Support Engineering Lifecycle Management activities, ensuring product maturity aligns with required processes and governance.
Your Skills and Experience:
Essential:
* Proven experience with PLM and DOORS toolsets in a structured engineering environment.
* Experience in IT-based ground support system engineering projects, ideally in a complex or regulated domain.
* Ability to develop, manage, and present complex technical data to diverse audiences.
* Experience in an integration and delivery-focused environment, contributing to successful end-to-end capability delivery.
* Strong interpersonal skills to liaise and coordinate with various stakeholder groups.
Desirable:
* A relevant degree in STEM subjects or equivalent.

About the System Integration Team:
Join a dynamic and collaborative engineering team as a Systems Integration Engineer. You’ll work across multiple domains to deliver critical capabilities against demanding timelines.
This role offers the chance to provide hands-on technical support to the LTEWP (Localising Typhoon Electronic Warfare Programme), tackling complex integration challenges alongside experts in the field.
Engage with a wide network of stakeholders, including BAESSA and the RSAF, while gaining valuable insights into procurement and commercial functions.
