We are seeking dedicated and conscientious Production Operatives to join our client's team in Driffield. This position is ongoing with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
* Pack products accurately and efficiently
* Weighing small food products into different sized bags
* Sealing and wrapping products into various packaging
* Spraying products with edible food colouring
* Conduct quality checks to ensure product integrity
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the production area
* Follow safety and quality guidelines
* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
* Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment
Production Operatives Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Excellent work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Flexibility to work occasional weekends
* Previous experience in food production or a similar environment is a plus
