Overview
We are currently looking for motivated and proactive Staff Nurses to support the District Nursing team in Luton to meet the health needs of patients. Newly qualified nurses are welcome to apply. CCS Luton Community Nursing has transformed its services through cluster working, triaging of referrals, the introduction of a Single Point of Care (SPOC), and partnerships with local Primary, Secondary and Social Care organisations. We provide a comprehensive 24-hour service and are entering a new phase of transformation and innovation in community care.
This role is an ideal opportunity for Staff Nurses to develop their skills within the community setting, delivering holistic care to housebound patients. Experience of working in Luton would be an advantage, though full induction and training will be provided in line with service needs.
