Job Description
A well-established and fast-growing creative wellness studio is looking for an experienced and confident Receptionist to join their front-of-house team.

The role will involve working afternoon to evening shifts (1:30 pm–9:30 pm) with flexibility to increase hours as and when needed.
Responsibilities
* Greet all members and visitors with a professional, friendly attitude
* Manage class bookings, check-ins, and cancellations efficiently
* Respond to member inquiries via email, in person, and social media
* Process payments and manage billing queries
* Troubleshoot account issues or escalate where needed
* Coordinate with external services (cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
* Monitor and replenish essential stock and merchandise
* Help maintain a safe and organised studio environment
Requirements
* Experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or hospitality role
* A confident communicator with a calm, friendly presence
* Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to multitask
* Able to work afternoon to evening shifts (1:30 pm–9:30 pm)
* Flexible and willing to support occasional weekend events
* Passion for wellness, fitness, or creative industries is a bonus
