Graphic Designer (Brand & Marketing) Belfast Based £35k - 40k MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a software company based in Belfast who are seeking to recruit a Graphic Designer (Brand and Marketing) to join their growing team and create visually engaging designs across digital, print and motion platforms while supporting broader marketing initiatives. You will create high-quality visual and video content that aligns with and enhances the brand identity combining strong design fundamentals with creativity, technical skill, and excellent organisational abilities to successfully manage multiple projects. You will be responsible for producing engaging, visually striking content that connects with and appeals to the target audience. Core Responsibilities Create compelling visual content across digital, motion, and print channels Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that align with requirements and brand guidelines Support marketing campaigns through consistent, high-quality design and creative concept development Contribute to ideation sessions and visually develop concepts for new marketing initiatives Develop and manage brand-aligned assets, ensuring consistency with established guidelines Deliver print-ready and web-optimised designs, including social media assets, website visuals, brochures, posters, and landing pages Design internal branded collateral such as email signatures and business cards Review, refine, and finalise design work to ensure accuracy, quality, and strong visual impact Essential Criteria A degree (or equivalent qualification) in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a closely related discipline A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of multimedia work High level of proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software Experience in video production, animation, and photography is highly desirable A solid grasp of UX principles, digital design best practices, and fundamental design concepts Knowledge of animation techniques, audiovisual editing, and interactive multimedia development Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity please send an up to date CV via the link provided or contact Molly Rea, Senior Specialist Consultant at MCS Group on.
