We are looking for a Buying Administrator to join our dynamic team. Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting efficient purchasing operations? The Buying Administrator will play a key role in the smooth procurement processes and supplier co-ordination Your Responsibilities Support the buying team with administrative tasks including order processing and supplier communication. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, deliveries, and stock levels. Liaise with suppliers to confirm order details and resolve any discrepancies. Assist in preparing reports on purchasing activities and supplier performance. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement and delivery. To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following: Previous experience in an administrative or procurement support role Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work A full UK driving licence as some travel maybe required About Certikin Certikin is a leading supplier of pool and spa products in the UK.
