Job Description
3. Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
4. Provide hands-on HR support to managers and employees on day-to-day matters
5. Act as a trusted advisor on performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning
6. Lead or support HR projects, policy implementation, and process improvements
7. Support recruitment and selection processes, including senior and operational roles
8. Coach and develop managers on people management skills
9. Ensure HR processes and systems are compliant and efficient
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
10. CIPD level 5 or 7
11. Skilled in employee relations, performance management, and talent management
12. Strong influencing, stakeholder management, and communication skills
13. Able to balance operational delivery with contributing to strategic initiatives
14. Hands-on, proactive, and flexible, with a passion for supporting people and business success
