Business Architecture Manager (Sizewell C)
Location: Based in London on a hybrid basis with travel to Suffolk as required.
Contract: Permanent, full-time.
Salary: Competitive dependant on experience, plus benefits
Benefits include:
Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays.
Bonus: 10% annual bonus.
Pension Contributions: Defined Contribution Pension Scheme with up to 7.5% employee contribution 15% employer contribution.

About the Role
We are seeking a Business Architecture Manager to define, shape, and embed the business architecture capability across the Sizewell C organisation. This role will be pivotal in aligning strategy, operating models, processes, capabilities, governance, and digital solutions to support both the construction phase and the transition to operations.
About You
Significant experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or operating model design within complex, regulated environments.
Proven ability to design and implement target operating models.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience influencing senior leadership.
Experience working in large-scale transformation programmes.
Understanding of governance frameworks and structured architectural methodologies.
