You'll be supporting with the creation and launch of new bread products. This is a great opportunity for someone with bakery or food manufacturing experience who wants to be involved in product development, trials and innovation. You'll help develop concepts, prepare samples, run trials and support product launches from the test bakery through to factory scale. Key Responsibilities Prepare concept samples in response to development briefs Support bakery trials, scale-up work and product development projects Carry out shelf-life testing and routine product evaluation Manage raw materials in line with allergen and GMP policies Prepare and send product samples to support internal teams and customers Collect and report trial data, highlighting improvements or corrective actions About You Experience in bakery or food manufacturing Understanding of the product development process Basic knowledge of shelf life, microbiology and food spoilage Ability to create simple recipes and troubleshoot baking issues This is a great opportunity to develop your career in bakery product development and be part of creating innovative bread products.
