The Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our residential team in the Kent area (Sandwich, Deal & Dover). You will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and safeguarding are consistently met. You will: Lead, motivate and support a team of residential support workers Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and Childrens Homes Regulations 2015 Contribute to the development of care plans and risk assessments Promote a positive, safe and nurturing culture for children and staff Take part in on-call duties and ensure smooth daily operations Build effective relationships with local authorities, families and external agencies About You You will be an enthusiastic, proactive and compassionate professional who is passionate about improving outcomes for young people.
