Quantity Surveyor Salary & Benefits
* Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 DOE
* Bonus scheme (details to be discussed at interview)
* 23 days holiday plus bank holidays

Quantity Surveyor Job Overview
* Preparing detailed cost plans and accurate budget forecasts for residential schemes
* Conducting feasibility studies and cost analysis to support project viability
* Managing tender processes, evaluating bids, and negotiating with subcontractors
* Monitoring budgets and tracking project expenditure
* Overseeing contract administration, variations, and interim valuations
* Preparing and negotiating final accounts to ensure strong commercial outcomes
Quantity Surveyor Job Requirements
* Experience with a housebuilder or developer (open to both SME and PLC backgrounds)
* Ability to manage projects independently
* Well-versed in the full project process from groundworks to handover
* Willingness to travel to the Reigate head office and site locations as required (initial sites in Kent / East Sussex)
* Open to experienced Quantity Surveyors or Assistant Quantity Surveyors ready to step up
