Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Develop new business opportunities: Build relationships with prospects and convert warm leads into clients
* Support the new business process: Gain hands‑on experience across quoting, placement, and policy structuring
* Handle documentation and broking tasks: Strengthen technical knowledge across commercial insurance products
* Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with colleagues to drive growth and deliver client solutions
* Maintain compliance and records: Ensure accuracy and professionalism across all client interactions
Requirements
* Exposure to new business or a strong interest in moving into a new business-focused role
* Cert CII qualified (or working towards)
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Motivated, proactive, and confident personality
