Service Specific
To support the Complex Needs Team in duties associated with the formal assessment and intervention processes for children and young people with additional learning needs (ALN)
To assist with the preparation of documentation required for panel meetings
To assist in updating pupil records on the ONE database, which includes uploading relevant reports, emails and running relevant reports.
To provide administrative support to the service managers to ensure all correspondence and emails received are uploaded to ONE
To assist with the management of the generic ALN referrals email inbox.
To provide support for the Educational Psychology service in processing and recording relevant referrals.
To maintain annual leave records for staff within the ALN and Wellbeing service.
To assist with the management of the LAs Management of attendance policy to alert managers to relevant triggers and to maintain accurate records
To manage the requirements of the SEN training programme
To assist with processing invoices and accurately code
To process supply time sheets
To assist with the development of the LAs WEB pages for the service
Service Generic to ensure cover at all times
To provide administrative support for the team and other service areas
To assist with word processing of reports, letters and updating ONE/EMS for team members and service managers
To cover the ALN (Inclusion) Helpline and provide advice and guidance to all service users
To take minutes of meetings
To deal with incoming and outgoing mail
To cover responsibilities of all aspects of the support work team, particularly when team members are absent from work
To assist with management and development of the ONE/EMS database
To develop, update and maintain manual/electronic systems
To collate, interpret data as requested to provide management information for service managers
