Job Description
Drayton Manor Resort is entering a critical phase of transformation and operational strengthening. You will lead the full business, ensuring safe, reliable and high-performing operations while driving commercial growth and long-term development.
This role requires a hands-on leader capable of managing a complex, multi-activity site including a theme park, hotel, future accommodation offering and a small zoo.
The successful candidate will combine strong operational discipline with commercial acumen, while leading cultural and organisational change.
You will be fully accountable for the park’s performance (P&L, operations, guest experience and safety) and will play a key role in rebuilding structure, trust and execution standards across the resort.
Key Objective (First 12 months)
Stabilise operations, significantly improve ride availability and reliability, rebuild organisational structure and accountability, and restore guest satisfaction and financial performance.

This is a leadership role requiring strong on-site presence and flexibility aligned with the operational nature of the business, including weekends and peak periods, within UK legal frameworks.
