Job Description
We’re partnering with a respected healthcare provider to recruit an experienced, part time Learning and Development Lead to play a key role in driving quality, consistency and engagement across their learning and development function. Working closely with the Head of L&D, you’ll take operational leadership of a small, passionate L&D team, overseeing day to day learning delivery, compliance and continuous improvement.
This is a hands on, operationally focused leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a values led environment and enjoys balancing coordination, coaching and quality assurance with occasional delivery. The position is part time (25 hours per week), offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact within a supportive, collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and support the daily operation of the Learning and Development function.
2. Line manage and develop the L&D Coordinator and Facilitator, supporting with daily operations and their personal development.
3. Oversee statutory and mandatory training compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
4. Lead scheduling and coordination of training programmes, including induction, refresher, and development pathways.
