As a Groundsworker at Apex Builds, you'll work closely with our team to ensure all landscaping and groundwork tasks are carried out to a high standard. Responsibilities include:
* Preparing sites for landscaping, patios, driveways, and other hardscape installations
* Excavating, levelling, and compacting ground for sub-bases
* Laying slabs, blocks, and other paving materials
* Installing edging, drainage systems, and basic groundworks
* Assisting with soft landscaping, including turfing, planting, and general garden preparation
* Operating hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and efficiently
* Ensuring the work area is tidy, safe, and compliant with health & safety regulations
* Working as part of a small, efficient crew to deliver projects on time and to Apex Builds' standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £180.00-£250.00 per day
Experience:
* Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
