Hours: 9:00am–5:30pm | Location: Leighton Buzzard or Milton Keynes
You’ll monitor FCA regulations and ensure clear documentation supports Fitness, Propriety, and Competency standards under the Certification Regime. You’ll also oversee the Training & Competency Scheme, driving compliance and continuous improvement while supporting exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
5. Support Mortgage Services with day-to-day Training & Competency activities.
6. Conduct monitoring to ensure compliance with FCA and internal standards.
7. Maintain accurate logs and trackers.
8. Identify and escalate issues promptly, ensuring resolution.
9. Provide documentation to evidence competency and regulatory standards.
10. Collaborate across teams for smooth processes and communication.
