Overview
We×E2×80×99re looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing and Communications team. The Marketing team are based in Manchester, however this role can be based at any of our office locations.
Responsibilities
* Act as the strategic contact between our Areas of Expertise and the wider marketing function, partnering with key stakeholders to craft and execute marketing programmes that engage existing and prospective clients, support the achievement of business goals and drive growth, fulfil operational marketing requirements and elevate our brand presence.
* Deliver memorable events and initiatives that showcase our expertise and contribute to business development.
Your knowledge and experience
* Five+ years in marketing (ideally in a B2B or consultancy environment).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration.
* Highly organised, with strong project management and coordination capabilities.
* Comfortable working across multiple teams and managing competing priorities.
* Proactive and self-motivated, able to take initiative and contribute ideas.
* Financially literate, with experience in raising POs, budget tracking, and reporting.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Computer literate and fully proficient in all Microsoft Office packages.
* Flexibility to work outside standard hours and travel as needed.
* Must be able to travel to various offices in the UK.
