About the role
We’re on the lookout for an Operations Support Manager to join our team at the Laverton Fulfilment Centre!
In this dynamic and hands-on role, you’ll step in to lead the team when our Operations Managers or Coordinators are unavailable, keeping things running smoothly and supporting the day-to-day operation of the site. Your focus will be on safety, service, and team engagement – helping drive great outcomes for both our team and customers.

What you’ll do
* Provide leadership and guidance across the Fulfilment Centre in the absence of Operations Managers or Coordinators
* Coordinate all sales events and stock events across the Fulfilment Centre, including OnePass, Black Friday, and other peak trading periods
* Support operational performance by ensuring service standards, safety practices and team engagement are upheld
* Coach and empower team members to build capability and a strong safety culture
* Promote and maintain best practices and continuous improvement across all areas
Who we’re looking for
Our ideal candidate will have previousexperience in working in warehouse, trade or fulfilment environments and understand the importance of safety, urgency, and service. You will be friendly, informal and hold a consultative style when working with both internal and external stakeholders.
You'll need
* Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally within fulfilment or distribution
* Experience in coaching and developing others
* The ability to support and drive change
* Understanding of safety processes and legislation
