Responsibilities
* Lead, train, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Provide outstanding customer service, identifying opportunities to upsell and meet customer needs.
* Manage and monitor inventory to ensure optimal stock levels on the shop floor.
* Ensure the store is always clean, safe, and visually appealing through effective merchandising.
* Handle daily cash banking and reconciliation processes.
* Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed profitability targets.
* Collaborate with the Area Manager and contribute ideas to enhance store performance.
What We're Looking For

Skills And Experience
* Proven retail and management experience, ideally in a similar industry.
* Strong customer service skills, with the ability to coach and mentor team members.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and lead a team.
* Good organizational and time-management abilities.
* Experience with cash banking and reconciliation (desirable).
* Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques (desirable).
* Familiarity with vaping products and trends (desirable).
Salary And Hours
* Full-time position, minimum of 38 hours per week (including some weekends).
* Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
