The role

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Administrator to join our team.

You should ideally have experience in a Healthcare environment as you will be required to meet and greet patients.

This is an 18-month fixed term contract.

We will be interviewing throughout the duration of this advert, so early application is advised as the advert may close before the advertised date.

Requirements

  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Organising filing systems and computer files
  • Good customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as patient facing and telephone use
  • IT literacy
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to multi‑task

A key element of the role is to make telephone bookings for patients attending our services. To be successful you must have good communication skills, both written and verbal, together with good IT and administration skills. A flexible, organised, enthusiastic attitude is essential.
