Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries professionally. Organise travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation. Maintain and update records, files, and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence. Support the planning and coordination of events and conferences as required. Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the department.Profile A successful Personal Assistant should have: Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role, ideally within a professional setting.
