Core Responsibilities Curriculum Delivery: Planning and facilitating high-impact lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The ability to teach A-Level Fine Art, Photography, or Graphic Communication is highly desirable. Technical Skill Development: Providing expert instruction in a wide range of media, including drawing, painting, printmaking, ceramics, and digital manipulation using the Adobe Creative Suite. Portfolio Management: Guiding students through the rigorous development of their GCSE and A-Level portfolios, ensuring they meet the assessment objectives for research, experimentation, and final outcomes. Art History & Context: Integrating critical studies into practical work, helping students to analyze the work of diverse artists and understand the cultural movements that shape visual language. Exhibition Coordination: Leading the curation of school exhibitions and "End of Year" shows, providing students with a professional platform to showcase their work to the community.
